Why does the KNX/EnOcean Gateway EG/A not receive signals from my device after the Teach-In process?

Please check that the installation place of your device is in signal range of the gateway. If there are too many walls or to much space between your device and the gateway the signal strength may be to weak. You can also use the ABB i-bus Tool to check if a signal is received by the gateway and display the signal strength.
