free@home: How can actions be created and configured?

There are 4 key steps to create and configure Actions in free@home:

• Precondition: it works like an AND-link
• Event: it works like an OR-link
• Action: List containing all actions to be taken
• Notification:  it is sent as soon as an event has occurred. A notification can be sent as E-Mail, Push notification or Pop-up in panel
