Illuminance against 0 Lux and light sensor is correctly connected by the polarity:
Sensor values between 0 and 5

Pure tungsten and light sensor is correctly connected by the polarity:
Sensor values between 40 and 100 by the reflection level are normal. These values vary according to light intensity.

Sensor values indicate a direct influence of the light sensor value 255. This can result in the use of transparent tube from lateral or direct light . You can help with side effects by using the shrouded tube.

The light sensor to the light controller is not connected or even connected with reverse polarity, so no value change will appear in the I bus tool.

If you want to check the sensor connection directly without light control, so a changing voltage may be measured with a multimeter according to light intensity in the mV range.
