SD/S - Range: What type of dimming is the 1-10V switch dim actuator using?

Control of the ballast’s is implemented via an interference resistant DC voltage signal of 10 V (sinking current) where:

i) 10 V = maximum brightness (open control line)

ii) 1 V = minimum brightness (control line fully loaded)

The 10 V DC control voltage is supplied from the ballast’s.

The maximum supply current is dependent on the ballast type and manufacturer and lies typically between 0.5 mA and 4 mA per ballast.
