Which network settings do I need in order to connect an IP Touch Panel to the KNX bus?

If the address range of the IP Touch Panel's KNX network interface is 10.x.x.x, you can´t connect it to the KNX bus. Address range 10.x.x.x is reserved for the Welcome network interface. KNX communication is only feasible in a class C network (192.0.0.0 to 223.255.255.255).
