Because of security reasons, cloud and remote access are deactivated by default in the delivery state.
- Please open the CCT and activate the checkboxes "Activate Cloud Portal" and "Activate remote access" in the "Settings" menu at the top of the menu bar, reload the project onto the box and check the correct function.
- Please make sure that your device is not blocked by a firewall or the company network.
- Please ask your IT contact person whether an httpProxy is necessary at your operating location. If this is the case, enter the proxy address in the corresponding field in the CCT in the "Settings" menu at the top of the menu bar and reload the project onto the box. Try the cloud registration again via the local web interface.
