The summer compensation can be used to increase the room temperature depending on the outside temperature. This means that the setpoint getting increased in cooling mode. This reduces the energy that is required in cooling mode. It also helps to avoid a thermal shock because of huge differences between inside and outside air temperature.

Note: To do this, the outside air temperature must be available to the FCC via KNX.
