Why is the app window empty after opening the ETS-App Update Copy Convert?

Please only open one instance of the app. Even if the manufacturer branding is different, the apps use the same shared ressources, which results in the apps disabling each other. Only install one version of the app (ABB, Busch-Jaeger, ...) and deinstall all other instances, then the display will work again.
