Do all users in the free@home user interface have the same access rights?

The system differentiates between 3 types of users with different access rights:

- User "Installer" has all access rights.

- User "Configuration" can make changes in the system but not make changes critical to the system (e.g. changing settings related to the bundling of channels for dimmers, re-configuration of binary inputs).

- User "Operation" cannot make changes to the system, but only operate the devices.
