1. During the initialization of the logic controller. This means that the stack is being started -> After about 60-90 sec. ON LED = ON

2. In case of a power failure (Stack is still saved) -> After that ON-LED = OFF

3. Lost KNX-BUS connection (Telegram LED = OFF)
