HCC/S 2.x.x.1: Why does the pump not switched on automatically if the valve gets opened in manual operation?

The manual operation deactivates the pump automatic. As a result, it is no longer possible to activate the pump by opening a valve. 

So there is no automatic dependence between the valve and the pump in activated manual operation.
