Does the limitation of the temperature range from the SUG/U 1.1 have an effect on the cyclic sending for positioning?

Yes, is e.g. the limitation min. 23 °C for cooling and max. 29 °C for heating, the telegrams for 21 °C and 22 °C have no effect.
