New Support Service
As a new support service, our new FAQ tool is now online. With this service, we are pleased to be able to offer you an additional support function for our building automation product range. Should you have a technical question to a product or application, you now have the possibility to quickly and easily check for yourself if a fitting answer already exists in the support community database. Of course, should the answer not yet be available, our support expects around the world continue to remain at your service. Your feedback to the new tool is more than welcome.
This FAQ serves the sole purpose of providing a simple, quick and continuously available (24/7) self-help support service to assist experts with regard to specific technical questions. The FAQ´s does not replace the necessary technical documentation required for planning, installation and commissioning of the product. Technical details are subject to change without notice. As the FAQs are continually updated, please always pay attention to the consistency of the FAQ content and the version of the used product (hardware & software).
